Veteran government political writer David Barnett, who initiated the principal official Canberra agency of Australian Associated Press over quite a while back, has kicked the bucket matured 90.

"My associates went to their room. Each time the lift thumped into activity, I would type 'mtc' - more to come - pull the page from my small versatile Olivetti and hand it to the administrators, in this way successfully sticking the lines.
