Police have now alluded Makai's passing to Taskforce Prime, which was set up a fortnight back to explore the demise of another kid, a six year-old young lady named Charlie.

Previous police boss leads survey
Following Charlie's demise last month, the public authority sent off a survey into what inclusion four organizations — Department for Human Services, SA Housing Authority, Department for Education and Department for Child Protection — had with her loved ones.
Previous South Australian police magistrate Mal Hyde has been named to assume control over the survey.
