(CNN)White House correspondences chief Kate Bedingfield is remaining on in her job, an unexpected choice coming after the White House reported she would leave, numerous sources told CNN.
Bedingfield shared her choice in an email shipped off her associates Friday ening. Bedingfield wrote in the note, acquired by CNN, that Friday should be her last day at the White House, however that "after much thought, conversation and reflection, I've chosen to remain."
