They were joined by agents from the NAACP of Bucks County, ACLU Pennsylvania, the Education Law Center, and PFLAG Bucks County.
Julie Zaebst, senior arrangement advocate for ACLU Pennsylvania, said the strategy "adds up to oversight and impairs guardians and understudies."
